Refund related to ADDNUM:
- Multiple times debiting of Candidate Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Candidate's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases full amount would be refunded to the candidate.
- The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received will be refunded by ADDNUM through electronic mode in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given submitted request, within a period of 15-30 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
- Depending on your specific situation, you may be able to get refund within 7 working days of purchase if you haven't shared it or downloaded the card. Once you download or share cards, you can't cancel your order for a refund unless it doesn't work properly.
- Refunds from ADDNUM app are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid.

- Processing time can be affected and sometimes takes up to 1-2 months. If it takes longer, contact your carrier to check the status.
- Processing time can be affected by your bank, but typically takes between 15 and 30 business days
Refund related to third party service platforms:
Most offers/services like customized cards, e-shagun, gifts and event services on the addnum app are by third party service providers, not by ADDNUM
You should contact the third-party service provider directly on their platform, if:
- You have an issue with e-shagun, gifts and services on app
- You made an in-app purchase but it wasn't delivered or isn't working as you expected.
- You want a refund and it's more than 48 hours since you made the purchase
